Thank you for choosing CoreXTrader. We strive to provide the highest quality trading infrastructure and software services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Services

Our Professional and Elite plans are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to proprietary technology, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has commenced.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate our platform. We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of this trial period to ensure the platform meets their requirements before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If the platform is consistently unavailable due to verified technical issues on our end for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Billing Errors: In cases of documented overcharging or duplicate transactions.
  • Unused Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days of the subscription period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund (minus the first month at the standard monthly rate).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the first 24 hours of the billing cycle.
  • Custom development fees or consulting services.
  • Data feed pass-through costs from third-party providers.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our billing team at contact@corexyte.com with your account details and the reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Changes to Policy

CoreXTrader reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
